How much does a project cost with you?
The price depends entirely on the nature of the project: number of pages, custom design, specific features, database, external integrations, etc. Each project is provided with a clear and detailed quote. We prioritize transparency: you know exactly what is included before we start.
Do the subscriptions include website creation?
No. The initial creation of the website or Web App is always subject to a separate quote. Our subscriptions (Essential, Business, Growth, Business Web App, Growth Web App) only cover hosting, maintenance, security, and support after the website goes live.
What if I need additional features (multilingual, API, payment, chatbot, etc.)?
New features can be added at any time. Additions such as multilingual functionality, booking systems, online payments, API integrations, or advanced automations are subject to a separate quote, as they require specific development.
How long does it take to create a website or an application?
A simple showcase website can be completed in 1 to 2 weeks depending on the client's responsiveness. A Web App or mobile application generally requires 3 to 6 weeks (or more) depending on the complexity, approvals, and requested features.
Do I need to purchase the domain name and hosting myself?
You can purchase your domain yourself or let us manage it for you (always in your name). Hosting is included in our maintenance subscriptions. Some plans also include a .ch domain and a professional email address. You always remain the owner of your domain.
Do you provide support after project delivery?
Yes. Our subscriptions include technical maintenance, security, backups, monitoring, and priority support depending on the selected plan. Even without a subscription, we can assist you, but services will be billed individually.
Can I request changes after the website goes live?
Yes. Depending on your subscription, content updates may be included (within defined limits) or unlimited under reasonable use. Without a subscription, changes are possible as a one-time service with a prior quote.
Am I the owner of my website or application?
Yes. Once the project is fully paid, you are the owner of the final delivered product. You also remain the owner of your domain name. If you cancel your subscription, you keep your files and can host them elsewhere if you wish.
