
Business context
This project was built for a printing company that wanted to automate part of its business workflow around incoming emails and client requests.
The goal was to reduce the time spent manually reading, sorting and qualifying requests before internal processing.
Interface and centralization
A modern interface was developed with React, Next.js and Firebase to centralize requests, track qualification and structure internal handling.
The application acts as a single workspace for emails, attachments and automatically extracted information.
AI and document processing
AI APIs and ChatGPT-5 were integrated to analyze emails, understand customer intent and extract useful qualification data.
Client PDFs are also processed to identify printing needs faster and surface key information.
Operational impact
The solution is designed to optimize the internal workflow, improve request qualification quality and deliver concrete operational time savings.
