1. One-Time Website Creation Projects:
For some projects, we require a deposit before starting work. The need for a deposit depends on the scope and nature of the project.
- If the client cancels within 3 days of payment and before substantial work has begun, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- After this period or once substantial work has started (e.g., design drafts created, coding initiated, domain purchased), the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- Full payments for projects are refundable only if the cancellation request is made before work begins. Once work starts, payments become final.
2. Deposits for Large Projects:
- Deposits secure the project start date and cover the initial planning, design, and preparation.
- A deposit is fully refundable only if the cancellation request is made within 3 calendar days after payment and before substantial work has started.
- Once the 3-day period has passed, or if substantial work has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
3. Monthly Subscription Plans:
- All monthly subscription fees (Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary) are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial or mid-cycle refunds will be issued for monthly plans once payment has been processed.
4. Yearly Subscription Plans:
- Yearly subscriptions are billed in advance for the full 12 months, often at a discounted rate.
- Clients may cancel within 3 calendar days of payment for a full refund, provided no subscription-related services have been delivered.
- After the 3-day period or once services have begun, the yearly fee becomes non-refundable.
- Clients may still cancel the subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the prepaid term.
5. Non-Refundable Services and Costs:
The following items are non-refundable once purchased or implemented:
- Domain name registrations.
- Third-party software licenses or integrations.
- Any completed work or deliverables already provided to the client.
6. How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@appdex.ch with:
- Your full name and company name.
- Project or subscription details.
- Payment receipt or proof of transaction.
- Reason for the refund request.
Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Disputes and Governing Law:
Any disputes related to this Refund Policy will be handled in accordance with Swiss law and under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.
